WHO WE ARE:
HOPE ADHC is a community-based organization licensed and regulated by California Department of Health Services and Department of Aging to provide adult day health care.

MISSION:
To serve the frail elderly and adults with physical, emotional and / or cognitive disabilities, to improve and / or maintain their functional status, so they can remain in their homes and in their communities.

WHAT IS AN ADHC?
A center for the frail elderly and other adults with disabilities.
A program consisting of health, social, recreational and therapeutic services.
Assists with maintaining the health and well-being of participants to enable them to remain in their homes, communities and to avoid placement in nursing homes.
Staffed by caring and qualified personnel who are multilingual and multicultural.
